How CTCW Networks handles information provided through this website, project inquiries, appointment booking, and chat.

This policy describes information handling for the CTCW Networks public website and communications initiated through it. Services we perform for a client, including processing that client's customer information, may be governed by a separate service agreement and the client's own privacy notice.
When you complete the Build My Plan survey, book an appointment, use chat, email us, or call us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, business information, appointment preferences, project goals, and message content. The information collected depends on the fields you complete and what you choose to share. Please do not submit passwords, full payment card details, Social Security numbers, or sensitive medical information through general inquiry forms or chat.
Requests to our website and embedded providers may expose technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and referring URLs. Our website uses session storage to remember whether you dismissed the introduction. It also carries campaign parameters, such as UTM tags, into linked destinations. These parameters may be received by the destination provider. You can manage browser storage and cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect site or embedded-tool functionality.
Information submitted through our contact tools is used to respond to your requests, understand your business needs, prepare proposals, arrange appointments, communicate about requested work, and maintain related business records. Technical information may be used to operate the website and troubleshoot problems. Submitting a form or booking an appointment does not, by itself, give permission for promotional text messages.
Our survey and booking calendar are embedded from LeadConnector, and the site loads a LeadConnector chat widget and an embed-support script. These tools are part of the HighLevel platform. Their providers receive technical requests when the tools load and process information you submit through them. They may use cookies or similar technologies under their own notices and settings. Website hosting and communication providers may also process information needed to deliver their services. Embedded tools connect to their providers when the page loads; this website does not currently provide a consent banner that blocks those connections.
CTCW Networks does not sell leads or share leads with other businesses for their marketing. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. We do not currently use separate analytics tools or advertising pixels beyond the embedded LeadConnector tools described above. Providers supporting our forms, booking, chat, hosting, and communications may process information to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
You may contact us by telephone or email instead of using an embedded tool. CTCW Networks does not currently send appointment, service, or promotional text messages. Providing your phone number does not enroll you in a text-message program. To update your contact preferences or ask us to stop promotional email, use an unsubscribe option when provided or email info@ctcwnetworks.com. If text messaging is introduced in the future, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain any required consent before sending messages.
Retention needs can differ for inquiries, appointment records, active projects, accounting records, and communications. Legal obligations, disputes, and the need to document a transaction may affect whether a record can be deleted. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us to ask about information associated with you or to report a suspected security issue.
Email info@ctcwnetworks.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to ask how it has been used or disclosed. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, and legal exceptions may limit what can be provided or deleted. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.
This website is intended for business owners and adult representatives, not for children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and address the request.
Links to client login, social profiles, and other external destinations may lead to services with their own privacy terms. Review those notices before submitting information. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website or information practices. The date above identifies the latest revision; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
