These terms govern your use of the CTCW Networks public website and its inquiry and booking tools. Use the website only for lawful purposes. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you must have authority to do so. A separate written service agreement controls the services purchased under that agreement if it conflicts with these website terms.
Website descriptions and displayed prices provide general planning information and are not a binding offer or a complete statement of project scope. Submitting the Build My Plan survey, using chat, or booking a call does not purchase a plan or create a paid service agreement. Deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, fees, and approvals must be set out in an accepted proposal or written agreement.
Monthly prices, setup fees, and examples on the website are subject to the scope described in a written proposal. Advertising spend, third-party subscriptions, integrations, content, and additional work may carry separate charges. Payment schedules, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and any refund eligibility are governed by the applicable written agreement or disclosed checkout terms. A displayed monthly price alone does not authorize a recurring charge.
Provide accurate contact information and use the booking confirmation or contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel. Available appointment times can change. A booking is a request for a discussion and is not a promise that a particular project can be accepted or completed on a requested schedule. This website and its contact tools are not emergency services.
We may respond to your inquiry by email or telephone using the details you provide, subject to your preferences and applicable requirements. CTCW Networks does not currently send appointment, service, or promotional text messages. Visiting this website, submitting a phone number, or accepting these terms does not enroll you in text messaging. If text messaging is offered in the future, separate disclosures and any required consent will apply before messages are sent.

Booking, survey, chat, client login, and linked services may be supplied by third parties, including LeadConnector and HighLevel. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. Availability, features, and processing times can change, and CTCW Networks does not control third-party outages or platform decisions.
CTCW Networks does not guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, advertising performance, lead volume, revenue, or third-party platform outcomes. Results depend on factors including competition, budgets, market conditions, platform changes, and client participation. Illustrations and examples are not promises of future performance.
We aim to provide useful information but do not promise that website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available.
